Arioso, represented by Christopher Jones, agrees to perform on _________ at the _____pm wedding of __________ and _________. The wedding will take place at _______________.
Arioso agrees to provide 3 musicians; two violinists and one cellist. Arioso will perform before the service at ________pm or when the first guests arrive thereafter. Arioso will play the designated music during the service at its prescribed times and 10 minutes after the service.
The total cost for Arioso’s services is $______. __________ is solely responsible for payment. This contract is legally binding upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $120 and signed return of this contract. The remaining balance of $___ will be presented in check form at least 7 days prior to the wedding. Checks should be made payable to "Arioso Ensemble." Arioso may continue playing past its contracted time at a rate of $150 per ½ hour, arrangements for this situation may be made verbally on location.
In the unlikely, unforeseen and unprecedented emergency which prevents a member of Arioso from performing, Christopher Jones will make every effort to hire a substitute musician and provide notification of any changes. If Christopher Jones cannot find a substitute musician in time, this contract may be cancelled by ______________ or amended by both parties to compensate for the absent musician.
Cancellation of Arioso’s services must be done at least 7 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of half the total amount due which will be paid within 14 days.
Arioso will not be held responsible for paying reparations beyond that of a full refund for any unintentional damage done to the wedding while the group is attempting to provide its service. "Unintentional damage" includes but is not limited to missed cues to start or end music, mistakes in the performance of the music or failure to arrive at the wedding location due to causes out of Arioso's control.
Due to the delicate nature of string instruments, Arioso will not play in direct sunlight at temperatures exceeding 70 degrees or in the rain. Shade and protection from rain must be provided by the customer if these weather conditions are possible.
